How We Use It

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to inquiries about classes, schedules, or pricing.
• Process membership signups and day-pass purchases.
• Send transactional emails (signup confirmation, schedule changes, receipts from Square).
• Contact you about your specific account or membership when needed.

We do not sell your information, share it with marketing networks, or use it for targeted advertising.

Third Parties

We use a small set of service providers to operate the studio:

• Square handles all payment processing and subscription management. Card data is held by Square (a PCI Level 1 processor) and never reaches our servers.
• Postmark delivers transactional email on our behalf (contact-form notifications, signup confirmations).
• Vercel hosts the website and routes traffic.
• Neon hosts the small Postgres database that stores contact-form submissions.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and security posture; we use them because they are the standard tools for small studios in our category.

No Analytics

We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Vercel collects anonymous server-side request logs for operational reasons (error monitoring, traffic shaping); those logs are not used to profile visitors.

Data Retention

Contact-form submissions are retained for one year after your last interaction with the studio, after which they are deleted. Active memberships retain the data necessary to manage your subscription for the life of the account plus one year. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. You can also cancel your subscription directly via the link in your Square receipt email. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.
