Our Programs
Capoeira Abolição
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines movement, acrobatics, and music. Developed by enslaved Africans in Brazil during the 16th century, it's known for fluid movements, ground techniques, and live percussion as integral parts of the practice. Capoeira Abolição preserves these traditions while offering structured training for practitioners at every level.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a ground-fighting discipline focused on grappling and submission technique. Our BJJ program emphasizes technique over strength, making it accessible to practitioners of all body types and fitness levels. Students learn practical self-defense while developing discipline, confidence, and problem-solving.
